The Redding Swim Team (Aqua Ducks) is a long-standing, year-round competitive swim club serving swimmers from beginners through Masters athletes. Our program is led by Olympic champion Matt Biondi and is built around strong values, athlete development, and a supportive, family-like culture.

We are seeking a Part-Time Assistant / Age Group Coach to work with advanced and intermediate swimmers ages 5–14. This is a great opportunity for a local coach, former swimmer, or educator who enjoys working with kids, values teamwork, and wants to be part of a growing community program.

Position Details

  • Practices during weekday afternoons/evenings

  • Approximately one meet weekend per month

  • Competitive pay based on experience - $20 to $34 an hour

  • Communicate well with swimmers, parents, and staff

  • Are enthusiastic, dependable, and team-oriented

  • Have (or are willing to obtain) USA Swimming certification
